1.3 Certification Journey

• Remains active for 5 years from completion
• May require a renewal module and small fee after 5 years
• Demonstrates your commitment to excellence
• Requires maintaining ethical standards

1.4 Certification Renewal

Certification renewal ensures that you remain aligned with the highest standards of coaching and transformation. After 5 years, you may be required to:

• Complete a renewal module to maintain certification status
• Pay a nominal administrative fee of $50, the details of which will be provided upon renewal
• Demonstrate continued professional development within the coaching field

We are committed to supporting you in maintaining an active certification that reflects your growth and dedication.

• Being responsible for all activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using secure internet connections when accessing the platform
• Logging out from shared devices

3. Financial Energy Exchange and Commitment

3.1 Your Investment and Binding Agreement

Your tuition represents both an energetic and legal commitment to your transformation. By enrolling in Awakened Academy:

You agree to a binding financial contract for the full tuition amount as specified in your enrollment agreement, regardless of your participation level or results. By enrolling, you agree to complete all tuition payments regardless of participation, usage, or perceived outcomes. Program access is granted in full upon enrollment, and withdrawal from participation does not release you from financial obligations.

Our commitment to your growth includes:

Your commitment includes:

• Full payment of tuition as agreed in your enrollment contract
• Timely installment payments if on a payment plan

• We do not guarantee specific income levels or business outcomes
• Results vary based on individual dedication, market conditions, and many other factors
• Our role is to provide education, tools, and support for your unique path

3.3 Refunds

We honor your commitment to your personal and spiritual growth:

• All payments are final upon purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated in your enrollment call.
• Refund requests will not be granted due to the immediate access you receive to the entire program, resources, and coaching from the moment of enrollment.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill your financial commitment in accordance with your selected payment plan.

This policy ensures that every student who joins is fully committed to their transformation and honors their agreement with integrity.

3.4 Payment Requirements and Financial Support

We approach payment challenges with compassion while maintaining clear boundaries:

3.5 Payment Integrity

• Chargebacks are considered contract violations
• Filing a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension
• We maintain detailed records of all access and agreements
• Legal action will be pursued for unjustified payment disputes
• Collection costs and legal fees may be added to outstanding balances

In the event of non-payment or chargeback disputes, Awakened Academy reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance along with applicable collection fees, legal costs, and any accrued interest.

4. Sacred Knowledge Protection

4.1 Ownership and Usage

All program content, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and videos
• Coaching frameworks and methodologies
• Training documents and resources
• Community contributions and discussions
• Proprietary tools and systems

Remains the exclusive property of Awakened Academy. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal study only.

4.2 Protected Activities

You agree not to:

• Share materials with any third party
• Post content on social media or public forums
• Resell or distribute any program elements
• Create derivative works without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

Violations may result in:

• Immediate program termination
• Legal action for damages
• Additional fees and penalties
• Revocation of certification

5. Legal Framework & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Dispute Resolution

By enrolling, you explicitly agree that:

• All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona
• You waive your right to file a lawsuit in court
• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Individual arbitration is the sole remedy for any claims

We are deeply committed to your transformation while maintaining clear boundaries around our responsibilities. Awakened Academy’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount of tuition paid. We are not liable for:

• Technical platform issues or interruptions
• Personal or business outcomes
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Third-party claims
• Emotional or spiritual distress
• Lost profits or revenue
• Any damages exceeding tuition paid

5.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters or acts of nature
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Government actions or regulations
• Technical failures or cyber events
• Internet service provider failures
• Other unforeseen circumstances

6. Additional Terms

• Continued use indicates acceptance

6.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

6.3 Privacy and Data

We may create composite success stories based on the experiences of multiple individuals, incorporating elements from coaching sessions, community forums, submitted questions, surveys, emails, and social media interactions. These stories will maintain the essence of shared journeys without requiring additional permissions.
5. Editing for Clarity
6. When using direct testimonials or specific client experiences, we reserve the right to edit for clarity, length, and grammar while ensuring that the core message remains unchanged.
7. Privacy Protection
8. Names and identifying details will be changed to maintain privacy unless the individual has explicitly consented in writing to the use of their real name and details.
9. Representation of Transformations
10. Client stories presented in our marketing materials may represent composite experiences or illustrative examples of transformation. While based on real journeys, details are adapted to protect privacy while accurately conveying the impact of our programs.
11. Opt-Out Clause
